Ralph gave us a realistic apprisal of what price we could get and helped us step by step to prepare the house for sale. he recomended a couple of contractors that did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He brought in a deisgner and staged the house professionaly and had people to move the furniture as required. The house sold before it was officially listed. After the deal was closed he helped move furniture that we were disposing of. All in all he provided great value and service. We woild highly recommend him to anyone looking ot buy or sell a house.
