Finding Ralph on Rank My Agent was the best stroke of good luck I’ve had in a long time. As an executor for my mother’s estate, there had been problem after problem trying to find a trusted, reliable realtor to sell her home and time was running out to list for the spring peak market. Ralph was easily accessible, supremely professional and knowledgeable, and utterly competent and honest. Moreso, he was like a knight in shining armour, leading the charge to rescue my sisters and I at a very vulnerable and emotional time. He quickly grasped our needs, made a comprehensive plan, and executed all listing preparations at breakneck speed like a one-stop shop. It was such a relief to put everything in his hands and the house was transformed into something beautiful in no time. Best of all, it was sold in a week for far more than we expected with a fast closing and no complications. What else could you possibly ask for when selling the most valuable asset you own! Colin did an amazing job from start to finish when it came to listing our condo! He was professional, super easy to get a hold of and was just extremely caring and understanding towards our family. We were expecting our second child so it was already a stressful time but thanks to Colin and his team we felt like a stressful situation for most was very seamless. He contacted us when needed and gave us time to reply and explained things to us when we had questions and was able to work around our schedule.
