I HIGHLY recommend Ranjit and Sony. They demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise and genuine care from our first meeting to both sold and purchased properties. Ranjit and Sony are top producers within their markets, and it’s very evident that they are very knowledge and have decades of experience. What truly set them apart was their dedication and responsiveness, absolutely no question was too small to answer and they were able to address every question with as much detail as possible. I’m curious myself so I asked a lot of questions to understand the process and they were more than open to sharing their feedback. About the sale and purchase – We have a single car detached corner home in Caledon, and had no issues selling it for top dollar within a very challenging market. As a homeowner, we were emotionally attached and it’s important to have a realtor that can guide us through the process and help set realistic expectations. With respect to the purchase, Sony and Ranjit leveraged their network and negotiation skills to secure a very nice property in a more demanding and competitive market (Vaughan). They went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and didn’t settle for anything less.
