We bought a new home and sold our current home with Ranjit and Sony. They both make an amazing team and a true delight to work with. We sold our home over asking in top Winters (December 2017) and bought the next home lower than asking, Thanks to their great negotiation skills. They both are a gem of a person and 10 times more effective than any other agent. I am speaking of my experience coz I talked to 3 different agents when I was planning to list my home, and again talked to 4 different agents who came with offers on my house, I felt sad for the clients these agents were representing, I wished they were also lucky enough to be able to find Ranjit Nijjar and Sony Singh. I wish both of them more and more work in future, the WORLD needs more people like them to help more and more clients like us.
