We bought a new home and sold our current home with Ranjit and Sony. They both make an amazing team and a true delight to work with. We sold our home over asking in top Winters (December 2017) and bought the next home lower than asking, Thanks to their great negotiation skills. They both are a gem of a person and 10 times more effective than any other agent.
