My fiancé and I have been living in Mississauga and for some time had been considering moving to find a place that was bigger and better suited our needs, we've had some circumstances that accelerated those needs recently and had seen a "For Lease" sign on a townhouse on Main street in Milton that prompted us to call your team for some additional information. I ended up being connected with Janet who turned out to be a life saver for us. From the moment we were connected she was so helpful! Janet took the time to understand our needs, what we were looking for and most importantly what we could afford given the current state of renting. Within the day she sent us some properties that we could see together and made herself available to our schedule since my fiancé works until late and we could only see them in the evening. She was so welcoming and made the entire experience (which can sometimes be scary) a better one for us. Although those properties didn't work out for us Janet continued to stay in touch giving us updates until last weekend when we found a home that we knew would be the right one for us. Janet was right on top of it and helped us to secure it working through the weekend to make sure everything was perfect and worked for both parties involved. We are so grateful to Janet for all of her help, patience and kindness as we navigated through this experience which I must note was a new one since we had never worked with an agent for this before. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Janet anyone who has the pleasure of receiving your help is lucky!
