Key feelings: competent, reliable, trustworthy, proactive. They stubbornly persisted until my condo sold. Kudos to Nick, Pat, Heather and Albert. Over 90% of the time my direct contacts (email, phone) were with Albert. He was particularly supportive. In fact I’d say he went above and beyond my expectations for a full service real estate agent acting for the seller in a challenging market.
