Rebecca has given us great advice in the selling of our home. Last summer she forewarned us about the market cooling off and this February she recommended a selling price that brought multiple showings and offers. She helped us through the multiple bidding process, including warding off a "bully offer". Her advice at all stages has been "bang on"

She was absolutely fantastic to work with! While in the process of selling our home in the lower mainland, Rebecca set us up with a listings portal that gave us updated listings within the criteria we searched for. It allowed for us to gauge the market and move forward on the timeline that we decided. She was there through the entire process to answer any questions or concerns we had and was able to get us in to last minute showings of properties, with near immediate response time, every time. The lines of communication were always open through the entire process and her local knowledge took a ton of stress off of the decision of where we wanted to be. She was very knowledgable about the market, and her insight was fantastic come offer time. We purchased a home with Rebecca in a time where the buyers market was super competitive and in the end, I believe she gave us the edge we needed to be able to buy, potentially, our forever home. I will be recommending Rebecca to any family/friends that decide to look for a home in Kelowna.
