Rebecca was my realtor in my search for a new home in the Paris, Ontario area. Having sold my home in Ottawa, I was hoping to be able to facilitate a door to door move in a short period of time. Thus, it was a very stressful time for me indeed. This being a solo move for me as well, I needed a realtor who could understand that I had limited time on my own to find a suitable new home. Rebecca immediately took the initiative on this and arranged to meet with me via zoom. After our zoom meeting she then arranged for me to receive electronic listings and afforded me with all the vast services/assistance Mink Group offers in order to tackle the huge endeavor of a new home purchase. From the get go Rebecca went the extra mile to accommodate me when I arrived from Ottawa in my pursuit of my retirement home. She is both professional and relatable and really cared about matching myself (her client)with (in what is obviously a competitive real estate market in this area of Ontario) with the ideal home. Duet to this competitiveness it’s important to have someone like Rebecca who knows the real estate field thoroughly the way she does. She always made herself available to me for ongoing assistance even on weekends. She was prompt for her meetings. I have moved many times having been formerly in the military and Rebecca s by far the most superior real estate agent I have ever worked with. When viewing homes together she was a pleasure to be around and was extremely insightful during the whole uncertain process of bidding on a home/making an offer. She took a true interest in my home ownership and budget; assisted greatly in finding what hopefully will be my dream retirement home.
