As a first time homeowner, I have the highest recommendation for RE/MAX Team Paliwal! From the start of my search to the final signing of my home, I had the full support from both Pankaj & Gyanesh Paliwal. My first meeting Team Leader Gyanesh Paliwal was very informative and useful. Gyanesh was always available for guidance and advise and he is a great negotiator. He is highly knowledgeable in all aspects and fought “tooth and nail” to get the best deal for me (even when it seemed unfeasible). They were also always available at a moment’s notice to meet with me which is important knowing how fast the Toronto-GTA market moves. Typically, a lot of “first-timer buyers” have regrets because they feel they rushed into a property. This was not the case as Gyanesh & Pankaj made sure my “wants and needs” were a top priority, no matter how challenging the real estate market seemed. Throughout the process, I could always rely on their great advice & unparalleled experience as the buying process was uncharted territory for me. The Paliwal team is also a “one stop shop” as they have a curated list of home inspectors, lawyers, contractors etc. which were cost-effective and great in their own rights (which made it easy for me). Lastly, I would say that Gyanesh and Pankaj are great friendly people and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them if I ever had any questions including and beyond my real estate needs!

Buying a house was a big decision for us. Our choice to purchase a home was crucial. At one point, we even thought we would have to abandon the idea due to the market's extreme fluctuations.
