We met our awesome realtor, Reza, a couple of years ago through a mutual friend. When we first connected, we were eager to start looking for our first home. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we had to pause our search until this year. Throughout that time, Reza remained incredibly patient and supportive. A few months ago, we began the search again with Reza — and we finally found our home! Reza has always been polite, patient, and full of positive energy every time we viewed a place. He walked us through each step of the buying process in detail, making sure nothing was overlooked. Reza and his team helped us move from the interior to Coquitlam. When we were looking for a realtor, it was important to us to meet someone local who knew the neighbourhood. When we first spoke to Reza we had a specific home in mind, but he took the time to provide us with a few other options, which ultimately led us to purchase an amazing townhome in Port Moody. Reza walked us through the neighbourhoods, talked about the developers, the area, and resale value factors. We landed a townhouse near Rocky Point that checked all our boxes. He’s very knowledgeable, caring and professional and we are very happy with out choice.
