Sam and Riccardo were absolutely amazing, and made my first home purchase as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Sam showed me 22 houses (ended up buying the 22nd one) and demonstrated his wealth of knowledge with humility and patience, without ever trying to influence my decisions or pressure me into doing something. After already being very impressed with the viewing experience, Sam completely knocked it out of the park with the negotiation process, and saved me a significant amount of money on an already fairly priced home. Both of these gentlemen were total stand-up guys, and I will definitely be coming back for my second home.
