Rich Mundle is an excellent Realtor!! I was a first time home buyer, purchasing at one of the worst times in history (Feb 2022), in a known hot market (Sherwood Park). Rich explained every step of the process clearly and in plain language. He was always available for phone calls, texts, and viewings. He had a thorough knowledge of Sherwood Park and the neighbourhoods. He made the entire process smooth and as stress free as possible. Rich even went the extra mile and wrote a wonderful cover letter that put my offer above the rest and he got me my perfect home! He even provided excellent references for the home inspection and lawyer. Without a doubt I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home, and IF I ever sell, he will be my Realtor again!
