Rich has been our #1 choice of realtor for the past 35 years. We have referred him to care for our vulnerable family members. 1) our niece and husband, newly arrived in Canada from Israel, unsure of the language and ways of Canadian real estate. He was always extremely punctual, walked them thru every small detail required, and when they finally got possession of their lifelong dream of owning a home in Canada, we arrived to find him re-vacuuming the carpets and tightening all the knobs in the kitchen! He was very honest in the expectations of every home they looked at. He followed up on all the details to be sure they could close on the expected date. It should be noted that the mortgage broker really dropped the ball and constantly missed important deadlines and could not be contacted. Rich really stepped up to keep the timeline moving forward, enabling the deal to close on the possession date. He was very forthcoming in keeping us abreast of the transaction, we were so frustrated and upset at how the mortgage broker was screwing up the deal! 2) My elder parents moved into assisted living and subsequently needed to sell their home. With Rich’s recommendation’s , I( daughter) was able to arrange reliable painters, and cleaners while I was out of the country. He took 4 loads of garbage from the house and disposed of it, simply because they weren’t capable of doing it. He routinely would stop by for coffee to see if they had any concerns, and walked them thru …. Step by very slow step… to make sure they understood what needed to happen next. He priced the home perfectly! After 24 showings in 2 days it sold for over asking price. Rich is the most trustworthy, reliable, and conscientious person, I have ever met! My parents love and trust him, and he will always be the realtor I will call on to take care of my family and loved ones. 3) We have had Rich sell 2 of our previous homes. The last one sold in a very difficult Covid crisis. He made sure that prospective buyers and we were safe by implementing stringent cross contamination protocols, in a very scary and uncertain time. He has always been an excellent communicator, explaining the comments from prospective buyers.

I met and worked with Rich during circumstances and a time that was challenging and difficult for me. From the first moment we met he was compassionate, kind, non-judgemental, and professional, ... and maintained that throughout the whole process. He is knowledgeable and explained the procedures involved in listing the property. He was understanding and respectful of my family's needs when scheduling showings. He was always available whenever I had questions or needed clarification about something. I feel grateful to have met him, and have him as the listing agent.
