Mr. Pagalan is professional at his work. He’s friendly, patient and knowledgeable. From day one to the last day of transaction and even after the transaction he stayed and guided us until we finally found the right house for our family. There were ups and downs, which is normal especially now that the housing market value is continuously rising and people are panicking and wanting to buy their property. For instance, we had some deals that we lost a bidding or didn’t even had the chance to bid as the property were already sold. We’ve had some days were we are losing faith in finding our property. However, Mr. Pagalan assured us that there will be a better property for us and it is needed true! For a short period of time, the anxiety and excitement are finally paying off and we owe that to our friendly realtor, Mr. Pagalan.
