Buying a house can be stressful especially for a newcomer here in Canada like me. I have no idea of where to start and what to do. Rocky made the experience smooth and easy for me. After taking note of my preferences for my first home, he already knew how he would be able to help me and he guided me in every step of it. Because I am a neophyte in real estate matters, he explained to me every process in a way that I will clearly understand. He was always available and can be reached anytime of the day for my queries and all. He represented me well during the negotiation on the property I was hoping and eventually got on the price that I want. He was never late on our meetings. He exemplify professionalism. I’d definitely seek for his professional help again in the future and would recommend him to my family and friends.

<p>Rocky did everything in his power to make our family feel like our priorities were his priorities. He was incredibly accommodating to me and my two children every time. I can honestly say I feel like he did everything he could to help us find the home we were looking for. He was both extremely professional and friendly on a personal level at the same time which was really nice person He did not push us to make offers and genuinely listened to us about what we wanted. He made every effort to make sure that we were completely happy and comfortable with all aspects of the deal he was negotiating. Thanks Rocky... He’s been very kind through out the whole process while we’re searching for a new home and really fun to work with! He acts like a really close friend to us and that is what we like about him. He didn’t make us feel awkward. He made sure that he listens to all the opinions and questions that we have in mind and answer them politely. He even suggests stuff for us to have a better options. He’s supportive and willing to help us out just to find the perfect home that will make us feel comfortable and happy. He really cares about his client a lot and made sure to get the best deal. He got plenty of time whenever we struggle, even if its midnight he’s trying his best to make things clear just so we don’t worry. He’s just so incredible especially for a new home buyers like us.

Outstanding is not enough to describe him numerically as he goes above and beyond of what is expected from him.he is very professional,knowledgeable and very patient.what is very striking as well is that he will not insist or pressure you to make abrupt decisions,he will give you more time and widen your options,explaining everything in detail a first time home buyer should know.he is a very reliable and trustworthy person,no wonder rapport was build that makes everything goes well smoothly and effortless to the clients.i highly recommmend him!

we are so grateful for this man to be our agent.Bisan pa ug kusog ang snow, uwan ug katugnaw dili jud ni siya mag cancel ug appointment. In the middle of the night kung may question ka..ay sus.reply dayun.we ask/send him pictures of houses we want to buy eventhough its beyond our budget, he will find a way para ma tan aw jud namo at ma kumpara sa uban pang houses.Funny pero straightforward pagdating sa mga properties kung may pangutana ka.He will always give the pro and cons sa bawat nakikita namin sa mga properties na tinitingan namin base sa kanya expertise. Very willing na iguide mo from the start to finish...Lots of patience for this man at very focus sa kanyang client. kung kamo mag hanap ug haus..isa lang name ang hanapin nyo..Rocky..dili gahi sama sa bato kung tawagan apan Gahi kaau ug pasensya sa tanan..
