Both Susie & Karen worked extremely hard and diligently to sell our home and were also available to answer questions, issues or concerns as they came up, regardless of time of day.

We felt that our overall experience with Karen Hayes was a smooth and pleasant experience. Although it was a lengthy and long time from start to end (from selling to buying), we were very satisfied with Karen and her professionalism throughout! Would I recommend Karen Hayes to others? I met Susie at an open house and had a great first impression. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. My family decided to have her help us locate a home in qualicum which was a challenge while living on the mainland. She ended up showing us over 30 houses over 4 months and never made us feel like we should "settle" her patience and expertise of the area was truly valued by us as buyers.
