He was very patient, and never pushed us to make an offer. He sometimes even suggested us not to make an offer because the houses were not what we wanted. He helped us book many appointments to view houses, and detailed the pros and cons of every house. 3. He made the bidding process crystal clear to us. He spent hours explaining the details of the offer letters, and offered professional suggestions on various aspects of the offer letters, e.g., price, closing date. To sum up, Ryan is the best agent we have worked with, and we highly recommend him.
