My wife and I have had Sabrina represent us as our realtor on two occasions. In our opinion, as people who have bought and sold close to 20 homes, we know there are professionals and there are order-takers. Sabrina is a true professional in every sense of the word. She knows the marketplace; she knows her craft and excels at it. There’s a reason she’s a top-realtor in the Chilliwack area. On both occasions other Realtor’s wanted us to list for much less money where she felt the properties would be underlisted. Results: both properties sold for much higher than the other Realtor’s suggested list price and this was before the days of homes selling at or above list price! The real telltale is when under pressure to negotiate on our behalf Sabrina was unflappable particularly during the offer and counter-offer stages where maybe we weren’t as calm and cool and she was. To summarize, she’s pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We WILL certainly be using her services again when needed!
