When our Mother passed away in 2025, my sister and I were left with dealing with her estate. This included selling her home. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Marcello Sormani as our realtor. Marcello and Christie made us comfortable from our first meeting and explained the process, how they would advertise it, and what we could expect from them. We decided on a price. Since the estate was in probate, we were told what options we had to find the right buyers. Marcello was so helpful throughout the whole process, Always had an answer to my questions. The advertising was amazing. Maecell was available to us 7 days a week. The place sold very quickly. Marcello was an excellent negotiator and got us a great price. Our experience with Marcello was wonderful, especially in this difficult period of our lives. We will definitely be recommending Marcello and the team at Salt Fowler in the future.
