Chantal and I were planning to upgrade for Spring 2025, but kept an keen eye on new weekly listings. When we spotted a property that would provide the added space we needed both inside and exterior, we called Sam right away. From the listing, we identified it would indeed need quite a bit of work, but that has never scared us. Sam was able to get us a viewing the very next day and immediately updated us with intimate details about the dwelling, the property and the area. On the first walk through, with our two young boys joining us, Sam was very attentive to our requirements and to our overall family needs/vision. His extensive & detailed knowledge of residential construction was a huge advantage. He very honestly and directly pointed out both, areas of concern/considerations, and elements that would ultimately benefit our day to day routine. Sam's keen familiarity with the neighbourhood and general area was also a big plus! We also owe Sam a huge thank you when we faced delays with the lender. With the requirement for extensions, it was his commitment to communication and his dedication towards getting us into our new home, that made it all possible. Thanks again Sam!

I can’t say enough about how seamless and easy it was to work with Sam and his team! He took ownership of the whole process from start to finish. From his initial walk through and recommendations on how to best present the house all the way through to his negotiation and handling of the offers that came in and settled above asking! Not to mention all within a week!! I was very stressed about the entire process of selling a house until I spoke with Sam. He took the time to ensure I understood everything and I felt very comfortable with his confidence and experience to handle everything with my best intentions in mind. I can’t thank you enough Sam.
