In 2014, Sam had helped me with the purchase of my home. Sam became completely dedicated to helping me make the right purchase and had become my partner and not just a real estate agent looking to make some money. I felt like we were buying the home together! He was patient, honest, smart and caring. His priority was to make sure I found a home I would be happy with. To add to the challenge of buying a home, we decided to go after a home that was a 'power of sale' which added a lot more unknowns and stress to the process. Sam was there with me every step of the way providing support and sound advice. I never felt pressured to make any decisions I was not comfortable with.
