Sandra Ingram goes above and beyond. She is responsive and has great communication skills. We came from out of province, and she handled everything for us here in PEI. Her exceptional market knowledge helped us make informed decisions. Sandra’s ability to explain and simplify complex contract details was helpful and stress reducing. Sandra went out of her way to make sure it was a seamless experience. We highly recommend Sandra Ingram! Five stars for sure!

We chose Sandra to help us buy our first home off a chance meeting at work one day and it couldn't have worked out better. We were nervous first time homebuyers unsure of what we wanted. Sandra spent the time to understand what we wanted and what we didn't. She wasn't shy to tell us what she thought and steer us away from first time homebuyer mistakes. She was always available and had a good understanding of the pros and cons of the houses we viewed. When it came to making the purchase she was great for helping us through the process and managed to get us an electrician and inspector on a days notice. She kept us abreast of the transaction details and made sure we were taking the steps needed to close eliminating any surprises. After dealing with alot of agents in the past I can say dealing with Sandra was excellent. Would use again
