My family and I needed a trusted realtor to carry out the sale of my late brother's home. We needed a calm, professional, and knowledgable agent who could manage the complexity of a sale in the midst of the COVID 19 pandemic. Sandra exceeded our expectation in all aspects. From the outset to completion, Sandra was honest, clearly communicative, thorough, and professional in her detailed knowledge and guidance. She was available, responsive, and skillful in her interactions with realtors, the lawyers, and our family. I can't recommend Sandra Ennis enough!!

Sandy was a true professional in our buying experience. We were first time home-buyers and had no idea where to start. Sandy walked us through each stage slowly and ensured we understood the entire process. When we were choosing location, we felt very comfortable as she told us from the get go she would treat us like her children on ensure where we lived would be a safe place as we are going to start our own family soon. We love that she treated us with professionalism but also added these personal touches. Due to Sandy’s experience in the field and wealth of contacts, we were able to find our dream townhome. We really liked the Pitt Meadows area and she was able to talk to one of her contacts in that specific area who had a open house before it went on the market. With this interaction, we were able to get first pick at our house. When it came to the offer, Sandy was realistic and gave us her honest opinion of what to offer. We appreciate her transparency. Throughout the whole experience, Sandy was just a text or phone call away. She responded immediately to us and was always available even with our sporadic schedule. Post buy and move in, Sandy has checked in with us and been available for any questions that have popped up. We would refer her to anyone that asked!! We can’t thank her enough for our dream house!
