Sarah was the best agent you could ask for! She “got it” right away and knew what we were after. She is tenacious and patient, as we started and stopped our search several times due to life getting in the way. She is brilliant with all parts of the process and well versed with the various minutiae that come with each new step. Her Rolodex is filled with veterans from every facet of home ownership from other helpful agents to inspectors and repair. Sarah also is big on personal touches! We were out of town when our keys were delivered. Not only did she get our keys. She went to our home and left a welcome basket with everything you would need when you’re moving in! The coup de gras being a bottle of Veuve Clicquo complete with two mini plastic wine glasses ! But it had all the useful items: paper towels, furniture felts etc.
