<p>Sarah is the best real estate agent I ever worked with. She showed great patience with us. Sarah helped me both buy and sell my house. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.</p>

<p>Sarah is great!<br /> She has been our agent for the purchase of 2 houses. She is honest, and points out the pitfalls of a house, even when it means losing a sale. We were super picky, and I think I lost count of how many she took us to before we found just the right one.<br /> Communication was great, and we were even able to close deals with my husband working out of town both times. Even now that we are done house shopping for a few years, she still answers all my emails full of real estate questions right away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who goes above and beyond.</p>

<p>We bought our first house with the help of Sarah, and have been extremely happy about it. We were not the easiest clients to work with as we were not 100% sure what we wanted and changed our minds on multiple things. We also had the disadvantage of working away and not often being able to all meet up at the same time. We saw a couple other realtors in a different location when needed, and couldn't believe how much easier it was to deal with Sarah. She was polite, patient, and made sure that we got exactly what we needed and for the right price. Couldn't be happier.</p>

I live in a different city then my condo and she took care of all cleaning, repairs, and staging of my condo, which was a huge relief for me.</p> <p>Sarah gave me constant updates about the open houses and provided the comments the potential buyers had; good and bad. Sarah utilized e-mail, text and phone calls to get a hold of me to ensure I had the latest information. Sarah also used an online signature website so we did not have to fax documents back and forth which was very easy and convenient.</p> <p>I would gladly recommend Sarah to my friends and family for their real estate needs. I doubt my house would have sold without Sarah's help. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.</p>
