<p>We contacted Sara about selling a rental property of ours and after listening to her advice on how to prepare the property, 3 weeks later it was ready to list. We met her at the property on a Saturday to sign the listing agreement and have photo's taken, the listing was on Sunday morning and before noon we had 3 viewings scheduled. By Sunday night we accepted an offer and closed 3 weeks later, under Sara's guidance we priced the house correctly hence leading to the quick activity. Selling the house was easy, quick and efficient if you want to something who's professional, easy to work with and gets you top dollar $$$$$ call Kalke!</p>

Sara is fantastic! We have used her several times, and would again in a heart-beat. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to set her clients up for a successful transaction. She even brought some things into my condo to help stage it! She was honest about the market and the value of properties versus what realistic expectations should be. Sara continues to keep up with client relations and truly appreciates everyone that she has worked with. Sara is by far the best real estate agent that we have ever had the pleasure of working with... and I'd like to consider us to be professional movers! We had moved 3 times in 3 years and had our fair share of not so nice experiences with other realtors. She went above and beyond, really listened to what our needs were and found us the house and neighborhood that still 4 yrs later we are in love with. We always highly recommend her and she's recently sold a friends home in just 4 days. 4 days! These sellers had just ended a (loooong and frustrating) 6 month term with another realtor and had very few viewings. Sara knows her stuff, and is amazing to work with... her results speak for themselves.

Sara was incredibly helpful during the buying process. We were new to Edmonton and she gave us a lot of insight into the neighbourhoods and what area would fit our lifestyle. The sale ended up being somewhat complex and not very straightforward, but Sara managed to keep everything on track and was very responsive in adjusting quickly to changing circumstances. I would highly recommend her!

Sara was unbelievable to work with, had a keen eye for market evaluation, priced appropriately, and sold in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an Edmonton based realtor.
