My wife and I used Sara for both Buying and Selling a home. Right off the bat of meeting her we knew we wanted to use her. She came fully prepared with a binder for us to keep on the whole process and what to expect. Not only does she have an vast knowledge of the whole industry, she is always available or will respond ASAP. Complete with modern technology for easy buying/selling (via email signing paperwork that you push a button to sign for that I did on my couch). She is well spoken, professional appearance, and simply makes the process fun rather than stressful. The advice she offered us combined with her husbands professional photography had my house I was selling SOLD in 2 day for more money than I wanted to get. It blew my mind! Using Sara for purchasing a home was much the same. A simply great experience and having her negotiating skills to get you the best price for both Buy/Sell was bonus. Aside from her Realtor skills: she is one of the most amazing ,great hearted persons I have met and love that she donates a percentage of profits each year (over 100k) to the Stollery.
