My experience with Scott was amazing. It was my first home and i had lots of questions and lots of fears, he answered all my questions without hesitation and my fear turn out in excitement because of the advice he gave me . He helped me to have a vision with my new place, improvements that i could bring to make it more homy to me. Price was a little too high for me, but he was able to bring down the price to my budget with good arguments. He texted/emailed me often just to make sure i did not have any question or doubt. Every times i reached to him, he was there to answer my questions. I was amazed how how much the process was smooth, fast and easy. He helped me to choose a lawyer and filing documents for the purchase of my home, which was really appreciated. If i sell or buy another place, i will definitively call Scott Sauerman again and will tell all my friends to do business with him.

We have had the pleasure of both purchasing and selling with Scott. As we are out of province, we found that Scott had the knowledge of all the little "additionals" that were required in order for the purchasing and selling process to go smoothly.
