As first time home buyers, Sean had great information from his inspector and own home renovation backgrounds, which helped us to gauge which properties would align with what we were looking for in a home. He was very patient and helpful as we looked into a fair few properties before purchasing, and had great communication. In the end, the home we purchased was his suggestion based off of what he knew we were looking for in location and the house itself. He also advocated for us in negotiations to help meet our budget and some house-specific items. Would recommend Sean, especially if you are new to house hunting.

Sean makes himself available to his clients whenever they need. My husband works on-call shifts, and he easily adapted to our needs. He would ask insightful questions, as we are recently married and new to buying a home, in order to align our asks for our dream home. He is a family person and treats you that way.
