My husband & I had a great experience working with Sean. He was quick to answer any questions we had when looking for our next family home. I would highly recommend him to anyone one looking to buy or sell a home.

My wife and I used Sean to purchase our first house when we moved to Grande Prairie. he was great to work with, on time prompt and showed us what WE wanted to see. When we sold this house 5 years later we used Sean as our listing agent, the market was week and there were quite a few listings in our area, he had the house sold in 10 days for exactly what we wanted, Great experience. After we moved out to our farm we bought a rental house and again used Sean, we had no issues and the deal closed quickly. I would and will use Sean again when we buy another house and when we sell our rentals.

Sean Gillis was amazing to work with. He showed me multiple properties and all with the criteria that I was looking for and adjusted for as well. He was not pushy and in fact gave great personal opinions. I almost felt I should move on a property and he said "I personally think we can get a better property that would better suit your needs". And we did. So many agents I feel would have just taken the faster sale, but he wanted to ensure that I was truly happy with my property.
