Sergey was very helpful. He was patient while we figured out what we did and didn’t want. He was very timely and had great advice when we were ready to make an offer.

I listed my house in the past with another realtor and the result was 2 showings. Over a year on the market, without offers. I got card in my mail from Sergey, and then listed with him and had close to 40 showings. We accepted offers 5 times, but buyers could not complete the purchase because of their qualification issues. It was very frustrating and I asked Sergey, should we take a break or maybe accept offers without financing condition only? Sergey was always calm and suggested to stick to the plan. And now my house is sold. Sergey is a professional realtor who will sell your house and treat you right. Highly recommend Sergey and Calgary.
