I couldn’t have been more pleased. In 19 days, it was all over. We had our first showing on Saturday at 11am, one day after we met! The property wasn't even listed. Sergey said that HE HAS BUYERS in his database, but we thought well, let's see how it works. But boom, and 6 day late our home was under contract. The other thing I was really impressed with was that after our home was sold, Sergey’s office gave us a questionnaire to fill out so we could evaluate the job they did. They also gave us a gift certificate to a local restaurant to say thank you. You don’t see a lot of that customer service anymore. Very impressive work

We would recommend Sergey Korostensky and his wonderful team to anyone. They were very competent and gave us over-the-top service. Whenever we had a question, they answered it. Whenever we had a special need, they were there. Sergey’s a very smart guy and his assistant was very helpful. We never felt pressured, and we were very happy with the result they got for us. Sergey advertised our house everywhere - online and newspaper, and his team members were more knowledgeable and professional. Sergey runs his business more like a company. In contrast to the negative experience we had with the other agent (where we always felt we were bothering them when we phoned for information), with Sergey’s Team everyone in the office had a role. When we had a question, they were always able to answer it. This gave us a lot more confidence in the process.We got an offer in one week!!!
