Shalon was of enormous help to my wife and myself with our move from West Kelowna to Salmon Arm in May helping make it stress free. She is extremely knowledgeable , hard working and pays great attention to details but above all is fun to work with because she truly loves her job. She kept us totally informed as to what was going on in terms of the purchase of our lot here and went above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend Shalon to anyone who wants a competent professional whether they be buying or selling real estate.

Shalon provided excellent service - she worked to get us the best offers; always responded right away to any messages we sent. She was very professional with solid ethics, aware of the neighborhoods, provided good advice. In the past 30 or so years, we have bought/sold 8 different homes. We used a different realtor each time. The reason for this is there was no realtor that blew us away….until now. Shalon was the best realtor we have used. The key reason was her accurate assessment of the local market. Some people think of how much a realtor costs. We look at the value a realtor provides. If not for Shalon, we likely would have sold for several hundred thousand less if we listed with other realtors we interviewed. She had confidence in her pricing, backed by sound logic and realistic com-parables. Shalon communicated well and was always prompt and thorough. She did a few extra things as well to make our listing shine and make the selling/moving process easy. Overall 5* for Shalon!
