Shandell was a joy to work with. She is very down to earth and states every step in a clear and concise way. She also goes out of her way to call to see how I am doing with the loss of my mother as well as inquiring about my progress. Very patient when it came down to having to file for probate as well as dealing with my procrastination habits. All in all I had a great experience with her and would recommend her to anyone.
