Shauna is a very knowledgeable agent as we were asked a lot of questions about what we were looking for as well as the price range and area that we wanted. Shauna was very explicit as to the process of purchasing a new home and once our offer was accepted Shauna explained the following processes. Shauna has several people who helped with the home inspection, financing as well as people who were extremely competent in assisting with renovation that would be recommended as well as what is required. You are kept informed and the encouragement provided in the process is great - you are NOT forgotton. Shauna's communications before/during/and after the process was constant and she "Rocks" at what she does.
