We bought our first house in 2021 and we weren’t aware of all the paperwork and stress that goes into even putting an offer in on a house. The Hinchey team walked us through every step of the process and made it much less overwhelming. Our realtor was honest about housing prices and the way the market was at the time. We ended up putting in a few offers on other houses before buying the house we did but I am so thankful for how it turned out because our realtor kept us from overspending. We dealt with many members of the Hinchey team and each person was so friendly and helpful. Would 100% use them again.

Shawn listed my fathers house for sale and recommend Reno’s to get the house sold, we weren’t too thrilled with the renovations done, and given time back we most likely would not have done it or at least tested the waters by just staging and listing the house first.
