My fiancee and I were very pleased with the work Shella did to represent us during our condo search and eventual purchase. Shella promptly tended to our requests for listing information, was readily available when we wanted to meet or view units, communicated and responded to our enquiries in a timely manner, took the time to walk us through and explain all the forms, documents, processes required to complete our purchase. To list some going beyond the call of duty efforts, when it came time to finalize some paperwork, Shella drove from Burnaby to downtown to accommodate my schedule. Also, even after the deal closed, Shella was quick to jump in and work with the sellers realtor to correct an issue we realized post possession. Great work Shella!
