Sheri was very knowledgeable about the current market and selling environment. We were very happy to have her on our side, and we received fair market value when our home sold. One thing we cannot thank her enough for was for negotiating a new possession date with our buyers. Without her renegotiating the buyers possession date from our original contract, while waiting for the possession of our new build home, we would have been displaced for a number of weeks. Thanks to Sheri we only had to find a place to live for a few days. This was huge for us as we have two year old twin boys. The few days was not a big deal and we are now happy in our new home. We highly recommend Sheri.

Sheri was awesome! She helped us through the entire process of selling our house.
