Her staging and photography team did a phenomenal job getting our house ready for photos, and she gave us generous advice on what to do to the home to make it show-ready. Sheri was great to deal with through our entire sale. We sold our townhouse through her and at the time there was 5 other identical units for sale. We quickly received multiple offers for it and sold $15,000 higher than similar units. She communicated clearly and efficiently, always explaining everything in detail while responding quickly to any questions we had. The professional photographer and stager she used made our unit look much better than all the ones for sale and I believe was a huge reason we had such interest while other units were sitting for weeks without a sale. If I were to ever sell a home again I would 100% use Sheri again.
