Sheri sold my mothers condo in a down market, was realistic about what it would sell for while other realtors mislead her with higher asking prices which resulted in few showings and not a single offer. Sheri was very professional in every thing she does for her clients but was also very personable, helping my elderly mother with some household tasks and reassuring her that all would be okay. I must also say that Sheri was a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the listing, selling and closing of the condo by email, messaging and phone calls. As I live in a different province it was a real benefit to have a realtor who we trusted and had my mothers best interest in mind. Sheri was also able to successfully negotiate a reasonable sale price on our behalf and in a timely manner.

Sheri is an amazing realtor that you would want on your team! Aside from her neighborhood knowledge and negotiation skills, what struck me the most was her communication skills both with us and with the buyers. She has been giving us almost instantaneous updates and has sold out house in less than 3 weeks so thanks Sheri!

We met with a couple of different realtors on the sale of our house prior to working with Sheri. Sheri helped us navigate a "down" market in Edmonton and really helped us to exceed the price that the other realtors thought we would sell the house for. She really took into consideration our feedback on price, the neighborhood market and did not force us to follow a course that we weren't comfortable with. She was incredibly responsive and understanding at every step of the process, even though because of holidays and the summer we called and texted her much more than seeing her face-to-face! We've bought and sold several times before, but this time was the most challenging given that we had young children. We aimed to preserve an element of "home" for the kids. Sheri seemed to understand this and did not force us to have decluttered bedrooms and an empty playroom. We really appreciated this. Sheri you did a marvelous job and we hope to cross paths with you again before we leave Edmonton!
