Sibo was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely kind and patient during our search for a new place. He provided his honest and professional insight on the properties we were interested in. He made sure we were well informed of what we were getting ourselves into before placing an offer and throughout the whole buying process as well. During the negotiations, he fought tooth and nail to get the price we were comfortable with. During the day of possession, he paid out of pocket to amend any minor repairs that the seller overlooked.
