Buying a vacation home in the Crowsnest Pass was a dream, and I have been looking for 2 years to be down there. I couldn't have done it without Simon. It is perfect because it's a newer build, move-in ready, and in the right location. The whole transaction went smoothly; paid less than asked, and was able to move in for Thanksgiving. Even though it is not my main property, it is a great part-time home. The family has come by and they love it too. Can't wait to spend more time out there exploring, and having deeper connections with my loved ones. Such a friendly community too. It is convenient in the winter with sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing with so many amenities, and in the summer by the 5 lakes nearby, off-roading, and hiking right there. Everything on my wish list is to be in the mountains with gorgeous views in the back and front yard, surrounded by nature. It is the right property because it has it all. I purchased a corner lot in Cottage Club at Ghost Lake and even with a 'piece of dirt', Simon showed his skills, and experience negotiating this transaction for me. Simon had connections and within a month, I was set up to have a draftsman who knew Rocky View County specifications and had all the architectural controls/designs sent in for preliminary approval to build the 'Dream Home'. He is fair, hard-working, and generous with the time he puts into each transaction. His team put together a beautiful gift basket for me as a thank you, to reflect the lake life including colors and items that I would love, so thoughtful and kind!
