Simon has been our realtor since 2006, helping my partner and I through four transactions since that time. Not only is Simon + team responsive and professional, he really understands what we need most - results. Even with difficult conditions & circumstances (especially in 2023), he has continued to persevere so that we had a sale that exceeded expectations. It's important to note the high level of attention to detail included in the engagements: having a helpful network of services (staging, cleaning, moving, etc.), marketing (the best I've ever seen) and the research (Simon always shows up with solid homework of what we have to work with, market conditions and local competition in our selling area) to name a few examples.
