Simon was an extraordinary realtor both on the buy side and sell side. He had great knowledge of both areas, where we were selling and where we were buying. There was no pressure on either end.

Simon and his staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and beyond helpful. He has to be the most knowledgeable Realtor we’ve ever met! My wife and I had been through a horrible experience years earlier, and when the buyers were unable to meet the original contract closing date, we thought we were doomed to repeat it. Simon not only protected us in that deal, but he also guided us every step of the way to ensure we could meet the contract close of our next home. Had Simon not been our representative through this, we would have lost the sale of our previous home, as well as lost our deposit and purchase of our next home!
