His very high volume for a sustained period has clearly given him a strong depth of experience and a broad contact base of other service providers who are able to step in to the process as required including home cleaners, repairmen, movers, insurance providers and lawyers. He can literally be a one-stop shop for the sale process as required. We found him to be very responsive, day or night. His support team is very friendly and pleasant. He was not pushy in respect to us accepting any offers received, instead providing us market and situational context to help us make our own decisions. In fact, for some offers he was very clear as to why we shouldn't accept them. We would certainly work with Simon again and would highly recommend him.
