Simon is a repeat realtor in our family and we could not have had a better experience. In these tough times he was able to sell our house at a very fair price. He has a team of people that cover off anything and everything including a professional stager and photographer who all did just the right thing to make sure our home was the best that it could be and we repeatedly got comments on how well the house showed. Simon is extremely knowledgeable and knew what to list for and gave the right advice in the negotiations, never selling us short. He is such a professional and very dedicated, even when he was down and out with illness he was quick to respond to our questions. If he wasn't available to immediately answer questions we may have had, his team was there to step in. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend Simon as the best realtor out there.
