During these hard times in the Real Estate Market Simon was Diligent in his efforts to show the property to eligible owners. We were given 24 hours notice for showings which was very much appreciated. He did a great job.

Simon is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and the market that he serves. He is very considerate of his clients’ needs and wants, which sometimes becomes needs vs. wants. Simon took the time to thoroughly explain to my wife and me (rookie buyers) what to look for and what we should consider. Simon’s patience and friendliness became apparent when he took the time to drive us around Calgary to visit numerous homes and review properties online at his office. Day after day Simon was always cheerful and happy to see us, and after 65 (yes, 65) houses were looked at we found the home that we wanted. Simon then represented us very well during negotiations, closing, etc. Simon’s support team also needs to be commended; every time that we have dealt with his staff they have been fantastic. Simon has clearly worked very hard to create a team that is as dedicated as he is. Simon and his team took what can be an extremely stressful event and helped us navigate to a successful conclusion. We are still in the same house and greatly enjoy it. Since that initial home purchase, we have used Simon on other real estate transactions. We have also recommended him to our friends who are buying or selling real estate. From our experience it is obvious that the awards listed on his real estate website have been earned, not given. As such, my wife and I highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

Simon was always on top of the quickly changing market and he was aware of what was the best deal, even if when we weren't sure. His knowledge and willingness to let us know when we were looking at a property that wouldn't fill our needs and the ones that were the best value for the future was extremely helpful. Would definitely have Simon on our side on any real estate transaction in the future.

When Simon first recommended that we consider the house that we bought, we quickly saw why - amazing location, great floor plan, newer build, and Simon had already seen how the house was in great condition. In moving forward with the purchase, we felt very confident that we got great value for our money, and that Simon and all his experts really knew what they were talking about and were able to give us great advice, both in our purchase right now and advice for the things that will affect our home long-term. All-in-all, we feel like we made the right decision!
