Mr. Simon Hunt and his team were extraordinary throughout the entire selling process. A nice lady came in to give us pointers on how to stage our house. The photographer took such beautiful pictures of the house and timed it perfectly with the twilight so our windows looked blue in the photos. We were presented with beautiful brochures for potential buyers to take and look over and I thought this was an amazing idea! Simon took us around our neighbourhood to show us other houses for sale to get a good idea of price and overall comparison. He gave us listing booklets that his staff put together as well that were professionally made. We received text messages for showings which was fantastic because we could give back answers right away. Simon was so professional during the offers stage and made sure that we had a back up offer in case the initial offer fell through. I loved the fact that everything we signed was done on the computer with an up to date secure program that he has. There was no wasting time to go to an office to sign anything. Simon made it easy to sell our house and he marketed it perfectly. There isn't one thing I would've done differently. Thank you Simon and you team for selling our house and making our dreams a reality!!!
