Simon came highly recommended by a friend. He certainly lived up to my expectations as he was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about everything from market trends, pricing and neighbourhoods..We worked together to determine an appropriate selling price for my home and when it came time to purchase a new property, he pointed out what was a good value and what was not. This helped me formulate my decision as I was downsizing to a condo and knew very little about the condominium market, condo fees, documents and condo boards etc. Simon does not do everything on his own (this would be impossible). He has a valuable team who provided excellent service--phone calls, texts and emails, keeping me up to date through the entire process. Calls and correspondence to him were answered in a very timely matter, which I appreciated. Simon also partners with excellent businesses from photographers to stager/designers to home inspectors and real estate lawyers. Every interaction has contributed to an excellent overall experience. I would definitely recommend Simon Hunt to friends and family and should I ever be in need of a real estate professional again, I would certainly choose Simon as my realtor.
