First of all huge Kudos to Team Sonijya Raj (for helping to find our home in a short span of 12 days). I know I was not an easy client and you considered my needs vs my wants and tried to accommodate all my necessities. I loved her way of trying to understand her clients first, her negotiation skills is top notch and she values her clients money. She understands that this is a huge step for any client and therefore does not force to close a deal unless or until we are comfortable. Truly grateful to have met Sonijya Raj and her team. We contacted Sonijya to help us sell our first home as we were moving out of province. Sonijya was referred to us by some mutual friends and as soon as we made contact she spoke with welcoming voice, capyured all the upgrades we had done over the years, gave us ideas and tried to understand what what we would like to sell it for. She saw the home and gave us a simple set of minor upgrades that would make the house looking spectacular. They had the home staged and we were amazed by the setting that made it feel like a whole new house. Sonijya then listed it on the market with ideal market value that we were happy with. She was always available and ready for viewings, answered all the questions to potential buyers and received multiple offers. We went with an offer that Sonijya pointed out would be best. We closed and made the sale successfully. Throughout all this process Sonijya kept good connections with the bank and the lawyers during the sale. The entire process was very smooth and gave us confidence that it would sell.
